Advocacy Services – Here’s How We Support Your Family:
  • Support through the entire process of securing the right services for your child.

  • Section 504 Support – for students with a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities.

  • Special Education Support – help with evaluations, IEP (Individualized Education Plan) eligibility, and services.

  • Hands-on involvement including:

    • Classroom observations

    • Detailed record reviews

    • Attending IEP and/or 504 meetings

    • Referrals to trusted outside providers

  • Close collaboration with your school team to ensure your child’s needs are met.

  • Alternative placements – assist with exploring therapeutic day or residential programs (local and out-of-state), with strong school director connections.

  • Dispute resolution options if you disagree with your school district:

    • Early resolution discussions

    • Mediation support

    • Filing complaints with your state board of education or the Office of Civil Rights

  • Due Process support – referrals to top Special Education attorneys when needed.

  • Always collaborative first, but fully prepared to use every available resource to secure your child’s right to a Free Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) in the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE).
